Federal Road Safety Officers Voluntarily Fix Roads To Prevent Accidents In Delta

Some officers of the federal road safety corps in Delta State took it upon themselves to fix federal roads with large pot holes that have been

causing accidents.

According to Esther Odunze, the Unit commander of Isele Uku, many road users had been victims of the bad portions of the roads and the corp could no longer wait for the government to fix it. Hence the need to take a step toward a temporary solution by using cement mix to fill the bad portions.

This is indeed a very commendable gesture coming from the officers of the FRSC and should be emulated by other units of the corp. Kudos to them.
